Vouchers are not made out for particular room types, in case they’re sold out when a recipient would like to come. This leaves them with full flexibility to choose from a range of room types – and spend any leftovers in the bar, or our giftshop.

Please keep in mind that we have a three-night minimum stay policy on weekends, and a two-night minimum during the week, year-round. A three-night minimum also applies over Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Gift Vouchers are valid for stays within 36 months from date of purchase and are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift vouchers are to be presented upon arrival and will be retained by Pumphouse Point. Any additional requirements will be charged to the guest’s account and must be settled prior to their departure. Guests are required to contact Pumphouse Point directly to redeem gift vouchers.
